Some of the region’s newspapers have just set up new “banter sites” for Sunderland and Newcastle fans.
The sites include reports, news, analysis and give fans the chance to comment on the latest events.
They should be a useful resource for sports journalism students and provide another forum for fans to get stuff off their chests. Let’s face it, there’s plenty for the Mags to moan about at the moment.
